Although I have to admit, I have picked up a few interesting tips from watching her show. For example, when you have a new jar to open, turn it upside down and bang it on the counter, that releases the vacuum so the lid pops right off. AND, I only cook Hot Dogs her way, which is to steam them in a little water in a covered frying pan, then take the lid off, add some butter, and fry them until they get crispy on the outside. Seriously good.

At work we always have to have this chit chat after meetings and one week we were talking cooking shows. I was all “And my God, how much does Rachel Ray suck?” and there was perfect silence. Turns out my boss is a biiiiig fan.
