Apres Le Naptime
April 26, 2007
I use the word Naptime loosely.? I tried to put Crabapple McNasty down like some of you suggested.? He was quiet for about 20 minutes and I did offer him books to read, so I think he was content to do that.
So I went to get him after hearing all kinds of toddlerish sounds and here was our exchange:
“Did you sleep?”
“Nope.” (kisses me)
“Are you poopy?”
“Nope.”
(I check. Not poopy.)
“Want to come downstairs and play?”
“Yup.”
“Did you read your books?”
“Yup.” (big smile)
“You have a booger.? Let me get it.”
(squirming, but I get it out)
“There, don’t you feel better with that booger out?”
“Don’t you feel better with your finger up my nose?”

Is it just me or do you think this one takes after his mom?

Awww. That’s cute!
Bean is constantly putting her finger up everyone’s nose. I have no idea why. But apparently she does feel better with it up there.

Hahaha, this is priceless! My son used to be (and still is, come to think of it) just like that!

He sounds like my son again.
The other day, my son was telling me he loves me. Then he paused and said “I love dad too…but he picks his nose….he can be the Booger King”. And then he laughed hysterically. At least our difficult little guys make us laugh, right?

He did NOT say that lmao that’s too funny! He’s already sarcastic, kick ass! Now I don’t have to teach him The Ways.

My daughter has always stuck a finger in her nose when she’s sleepy. When she’s really sleepy? A finger in each nostril.
